The service

Schoolcase helps you stay on top of school-related emails and information. You forward emails to your private @schoolcase.app address, we use AI to extract tasks and dates, and we surface those on your dashboard and in a daily digest.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password to yourself.

Schoolcase is for personal family use — you, a co-parent or partner, family members helping out. You can’t share your account beyond your household, and you can’t use it on behalf of an organization (school, district, agency) without talking to us first.

What you can’t do

Don’t use Schoolcase to:

• Process emails you don’t have permission to forward
• Try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
• Send spam or anything illegal
• Pretend to be someone else

We can suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Subscription and billing

Schoolcase is a paid service. You pick a plan when you sign up and get a 14-day free trial — your card is collected at signup but isn’t charged until the trial ends.

You can cancel anytime from your settings page. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged. If you cancel after the trial, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

We don’t offer refunds for partial periods, but if something goes wrong, email us and we’ll work it out.

Changes to the service

We’re a small team building this in the open. The service will change — we’ll add features, adjust features, sometimes remove features. We’ll give you notice for anything significant.

Stuff we have to say

Schoolcase is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it. If we’re ever liable for something, our liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the last twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we’ll email you.
